What’s New
September Pack Meeting will be all about the outdoors and the cub scout six essentials. We'll be building fires, learning about hiking and backpacking, making first aid kits, and more. This year we're asking that scouts who previously received a red first aid bag, bring it back so we can restock them, we want to reserve the Packs bags for scouts who haven't got one before. We're also asking that you bring your own water bottle for decorating, we'll have water bottles for those who don't have one. Also if you have a backpack to store your six essentials, go ahead and bring it.
October Campout, we'll be doing our fall campout at Camp Friedlander, October 3-5. Come enjoy some of the last good weather just up the road and spend some nights in the woods with the pack.
Spook-O-Ree is one of Dan Beard Councils premier events, and not something to miss. Taking place at Cub World, you'll want to enjoy the food, fun, games, and trick or treating. It takes place October 18 and 25 from 5 to 9PM. $15 if you pre register, $20 at the door.
October Pack Meeting will be all about personal fitness and health, we'll be learning some basic stretching, exercising, yoga, nutrition, and playing some fun games. Hope to see you there.
